General Classes Enjoy an integration of vinyasa flow and held postures (asana), pranayama (flow of breath and energy), meditation, and yoga nidra (deep guided relaxation). Kim encourages mindful awareness, linking movement with breath, to increase energy, physical strength, flexibility, mental and emotional well-being.
Slow Yoga Gentle movement, flowing and held postures (asana), breath awareness, meditation, and deep guided relaxation (yoga nidra). Ideal for beginners, and for those recovering from injury or illness and needing a more restorative practice.
