Kia ora, ko Kim toku ingoa.
With over 22 years experience in bodywork, yoga and natural therapies, I provide a safe and nurturing space where you can re-connect body, mind, and spirit.
Located in peaceful countryside near native forest,
and surrounded by sounds of nature and birdlife,
I offer Massage & Reiki Energy Healing therapies.
Yoga classes are held at a beautiful venue near Athenree.
I love the synergy of Massage and Reiki therapies, and the use of breath to release long held tension, emotions, fears and holding patterns of the body in a supported way.
I enjoy working intuitively with these therapies, and often combine Reiki and Massage during a session.
My joys in life are the great outdoors, being in the forest-te ngahere, wide open spaces, ocean and river swims, and spray free gardening. I dwell in a Tiny House in the countryside, and live lightly.
Following the lunar-Maramataka cycles and seasons, I align with astrology, intuition, positive thinking, gratitude, and compassion to ourselves as well as to others.
Recently I have felt the calling to learn about Te Ao Maori, and have started the journey of Rongoa, exploring the use of native plants/rakau medicines with the guidance of a kai Rongoa teacher.
As my learning evolves I am creating oil infusions with native plants, that I can utilise in my massage work.
Personalised blends of Rongoa and essential oils can be made upon request.

"A true healer simply remains fully present,
providing a safe field in which unfamiliar and intense energies can be felt,
bound-up emotions can be released.
Where we can breathe into our bodies,
fall into our own being,
reset, recharge, simplify, rest.
Healing is not a destination, healing means recontacting,
that which is already whole, beyond the healer and the healed -
our true nature, simple and beautiful and ever-present.
In this field of true healing, we can truly meet..."
