"Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished" Lao Tzu
Do you feel that your to do list is endless and overwhelming?
Is your mind feeling scattered and pulled in so many directions? Are you finding yourself impatient to get things done and feel as though you never get enough done? Yes I can relate to this too!
Start your day by prioritising something that will generate ENTHUSIASM and ENERGY, SUSTAINS you, makes your HEART sing and sparks up your PASSION.
Choose a regular time each day to do a practice such as yoga, meditation, deep breathing, walking, singing, dancing, something that unites your body, mind and energy.
When you connect with FULL AWARENESS through MOVEMENT and BREATH, it will help you to get out of your head and into your HEART.
Ask yourself what tasks need to be done to ensure your life FLOWS and that you are in alignment with the day.
Prioritise from your HEART instead of your head to avoid mental tension and headaches.
Choose the tasks that are most important, pace yourself and trust that everything does happen in perfect timing... even
if you can't always see it at the time.
Don't worry if you can't complete everything you'd hoped to
by the end of the day.
What can you bring to this day to align?
“Patience is the calm acceptance that things can happen in a different order than the one you have in mind” David Allen
