Yoga Classes - Katikati Community Centre
Enjoy an integration of vinyasa flow and held postures (asana),
pranayama (flow of breath and energy),
meditation, and yoga nidra (deep guided relaxation).
Kim encourages mindful awareness, linking movement with breath,
to increase energy, physical strength, flexibility,
mental and emotional well-being.

Mondays 5.30 to 7.00pm - 3rd Feb to 6th April - General Class
Tuesdays 9.30 to 11.00am - 21 Jan to 7th April - General Class
Fridays 9.00 to 10.30am - 24th Jan to 3rd April - General Class
Fridays 11.00am to 12.30 - 24th Jan to 3rd April - Slow Yoga
Gentle movement, flowing and held postures,
breath awareness, meditation, and deep relaxation.
Ideal for beginners and for those recovering from injury, illness
and needing a more restorative practice.
9 week concession - $100
5 week concession - $60
Casual $14 per classes
Concessions are valid for all classes (come along when it suits).
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket if possible.

Private Yoga Lessons
